I’m Dr. Timothy Dukes and I support high-functioning individuals prevent and regenerate from exhaustion. At peak performance, you are meant to exhaust, to dissipate the residue of your efforts from heat to ash and burn like a clean bonfire. However, your actions are not meant to char you fully into exhaustion.
Developing the capacity for re-generative simplicity ensures that your efforts do not exhaust you or exploit those around you. Together, we assess your professional performance while at the same time, cultivate your capacity to rest and restore through structuring a sustainable method and practice that will support both.
